1) Tailor making itineraries and packages.
We have been successfully been offering tailor made holidays and travel packages for the past 6 years. Personal contact and in depth knowledge of our market plus a good and often personal working relationship with many of our offered accommodation & services gives us the edge when it comes to personal service and good value for money!
We do not waste unnecessary time and money when a enquiry is answered. After a short telephone conference getting the finer detail of your client we usually are able to offer an extensive preliminary quote within 2 to 3 hours! This includes a list of most extra costs that your customer would expect to find during their travels like toll roads, eating out etc.
Should your preliminary quote to your customer be favourable all you have to do is to ask for a fixed quote and within 2 to 3 working days all necessary services and accommodations will be provisionally booked and ready for your quote.
2) Handling of bookings.
We are able to book a complete or part itinerary should you have specific accommodations you wish to use or that your client would like to include in their itinerary. Pricing or commission depends on the number pax or total amount involved in the booking. Once booking has been made and confirmed we require a deposit or guaranteed money transfer to be made out.
3) Organizing tours and (day) trips.
Our contacts over the years include a vast range of small specialists. We offer varying types of safaris, day tours, personally guided holidays for groups up to 12 pax. Tailor making packages are also possible.
Personal contact or safe passage upon arrival is paramount to a good start of any holiday made in a foreign country. With our contacts we are mostly able to find the best possible meet & greet or personal shuttle service for your customer.
6) Specialist planning service.
For real bespoke and exclusive travel needs our team are able to assist you with that special executive customer you wish to keep happy. Ask us for more information regarding this unique and very personal service.
Our clients are offered a one stop payment service. When we handle a booking we offer you one invoice including transfer fees etc in the currency of your choice.
8) Car rental.
With the large amounts of vehicles we provide yearly, we are able to offer you an excellent all in price. When we say all in we mean everything that can possible be covered is included in the price! We only work with established well known companies that have service points throughout the whole of Southern Africa.
